Ondřej’s biggest asset for the team is most likely the fact that he knows so little about coding and software in general. He spent 4+ years in FMCG marketing, confectionery product development (which is sweet) and brand management. His ability to understand his audience and his curiosity of hidden connections got him the gold award in the Cannes Young Lions competition, the biggest awards show and festival of the creative communications industry. Also, he was the first non-agency person to win this award. And it was curiosity which brought him to tech. He believes he can accomplish anything he strives for.
